Maedeen was preceded in death by her parents: Lanas and Edna, nee Wright, Gosnell. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Gilbert Anderson, her eight children: Kathy (Daniel) Swan, Donna (Daniel) Sumoski, Kendall (Debbie) Anderson, Terri (Steve) Regela, Roy Eugene Evans, Beth (Chris) Wilds, Mark Evans and Laura Rutledge, fifteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren. She also has aunts and uncles on her mother's side of the Wright family.

Maedeen retired from Ameritech as a service representative. She has been retired for 22 years.
