He was preceded in death by his father: Robert R. Link, his mother: Myrtle O’Bryant, his twins sons infancy: Ronald & Donald & his brother: Leo Link.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Cecilia Link, nee Caito of Marissa, IL., his sons: Dale (Chris Hudgens) Link of Waterloo, IL. & John (Lisa) Link of Waterloo, IL., his grandchildren: Kim (Dave) Bosler & Payton Link, his great grandchild: Bailey Bosler, his brothers: Charles Link of McMinnville, TN. & James Link of Theodosia, MO., his sisters: Jewell Knight of Branson, MO. & Martha Mitchell of Mountain Home, Ark., he is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.

Cecil was a United States Navy veteran.

He retired as a Truck Driver for Hartlage Trucking in St. Louis, MO. He was a member of Teamsters Local 600 and the American Legion in Cahokia, IL.
